Accessories - Line Rope Pull Safety Switches

An extensive range of accessories are available from CPI that assist with the installation of the full range of Guardian Line Safety Rope Pull Safety Switches.

ROPE KITS: Rope Kits come complete with Rope (choice of various lengths from 5m up to 126m), Eyebolts (amount dependent upon length of rope chosen), patented Tensioner/Gripper and a 4mm Allen Key.

ROPE TENSIONER/GRIPPER: patented Tensioner/Gripper significantly reduces installation time by offering an eyehook and tensioner thimble and high strength gripper in one assembly that enables rapid connection to the Rope Switch eyebolts. Available in Stainless Steel or Galvanised.

ROPE PULLEYS: Available in Stainless Steel or Galvanised. 77mm long, 40mm high with 20mm Fixing Hole centres.

EYEBOLTS: Available in packs of 8 eyebolts in Stainless Steel or Galvanised. Eyebolts are available in two lengths 84mm long (thread length: 51mm) or 130mm long (thread length: 85mm).

FLEXIBLE ROLLER EYEBOLTS: Two options available – with or without adjustment. Die cast aluminium.

PIGTAIL EYEBOLTS: Available in packs of 8 eyebolts in Stainless Steel only. Two lengths available: 114mm or 154mm long.

LEDs: Visible from long distances and available as Green/Flashing Red in either 24Vdc, 110Vac or 230Vac.

STAINLESS STEEL SAFETY SPRING: 220mm long the Safety Spring provides a means of connection to enable using just one Rope Switch.

ANTI-TAMPER SCREWDRIVER: Rope Switches are anti-tamper, the T20 screwdriver allows engineers access to the Rope Switches.

Skorpion Trapped Key Interlocks (Die Cast): Trapped Key Interlocks in Robust, Mirror Polished Die-Cast. IDEM’s Skorpion Trapped Key System has been developed to provide extremely robust mechanical coded key safeguarding and interlocking for hazardous machinery and applications. The trapped key system works on the principle of releasing heavy duty coded mechanical keys in a pre-determined sequence to ensure machine power has been isolated before any access can be made into areas where hazards or dangerous machinery is present. Once the machine control has been isolated (achieved by turning the first key in the system) the removed key from the isolator is then used to release other trapped keys to enable access to the guarded areas. Following release of the first key (isolator) safeguarding is achieved without the need for expensive and time consuming electrical wiring – thus making the system perfect for use in harsh and challenging environments and applications.
